The deadline to qualify for the lowest fee, Early Bird, is latest 12th January 2025. From 13th January there is a major increase in fees.

What is included in the registration fee?
Admission to the scientific sessions, poster sessions and industry symposium and admission to the exhibition area
The fee also includes congress material, coffee breaks with refreshments and lunch during the conference.

What is NOT included in the registration fee?
Admission to Get-Together on Wednesday 21st May (NOK 695)
Admission to Conference Dinner Thursday 22nd May (NOK 1195)
If you would like to participate in these events, you must sign up and pay for them separately during the registration process.
