Our venue for NCR 2025 is Clarion Hotel & Congress Trondheim, only 5 min. walk to the Trondheim Central station.
As Norway’s largest conference hotel, it is a hub for events ranging from intimate meetings to grand exhibitions.
The Cosmos arena is the jewel in the crown, with a staggering 1,400m² of space that can accommodate up to 1,800 participants. It’s an ideal venue for large-scale conferences, trade shows, and showcases.
Mingling, coffee breaks and lunches will take place in the Foyer just outside The Cosmos Hall. The sponsorship exhibition will take place in the same area.
Everything is set to create an unforgettable and successful meeting together with CIC's professional production and technical team.
