The conference will take place in Trondheim from 21st to 23rd May 2025 at the Clarion Hotel Trondheim.
As the conference approaches, our congress organiser can be contacted by sponsors for a list of participants.

Sponsorship proposals
Various levels of sponsorship opportunities are available as set out below.
NOTE: All fees are excluding 25% VAT.
Sponsored lecture 45 minutes - 1 available
There will be 1 sponsored lecture 45 minutes in plenary session, Thursday May 22nd 09:15-10:00.
The lecture must have scientific content and the title and content of the lecture must be approved by the Scientific Committee.
This is a great opportunity for sponsors to increase participants attention to their company.
Sponsor must handle travel arrangements/fees for lecturers.
The sponsored lecture/plenary session has a fee of NOK 150.000 ex. VAT. and will be awarded on a first come, first served basis.
Sponsored lecture 30 min – 3 available
There will be 3 sponsored lectures 30 minutes in parallel session, Friday May 23rd between 10:30-12:00.
The lecture must have scientific content and the title and content of the lecture must be approved by the Scientific Committee.
This is a great opportunity for sponsors to increase participants attention to their company.
Sponsors must handle travel arrangements/fees for lecturers.
The sponsored lecture/parallel session has a fee of NOK 50.000,- ex. VAT. and will be awarded on a first come, first served basis.
The exhibition area will be pre-arranged with trade show walls/exhibition walls (white) separating the different stands in size, including lighting and access to electricity. If you wish to order a custom floor/carpet /carpet tiles to match your stand in color/size , this can be done and settled directly on www.compassfairs.no

Sponsor Wall w/Photoboot/Selfiestation during Conference Dinner, 5 sponsors available
The sponsor wall will be available in the main exhibition area through out the congress together with the photoboot/Selfiestation. Pictures can be be published on social media.
This sponsorship opportunity has a fee of NOK 15.000 ex. VAT.

Pen and pad will be distributed in the conference rooms during the congress
This sponsorship opportunity has a fee of NOK 10.000 ex. VAT.
